Final Day of Production

We finally wrapped up filming on Saturday here in Eugene. It’s post production from here on out until the premiere on April 20.

Beach Runner 2 Premiere Date Set

EUGENE – The World Premiere for Beach Runner 2 has been set for April 20, 2008 at the Wildish Theater in Springfield, Oregon. A Portland premiere is also in the works, but no date has been set.

Production Continues…Spring 2008 Release

Production has been slightly delayed because of necessary re-shoots. The original thinking to release the movie in fall of 2007 has been changed. We have two more reshoots scheduled in the coming weeks and will be finalizing shooting on Saturday March 1, 2008 in Eugene.

Post-production: We’re finishing the voice overs and have been through 3 rough cuts. We’re hoping for an April 2008 release. Look for more details in the coming weeks.

Production Complete!!

Yesterday, we filmed 5 scenes to finish up production on Beach Runner 2. We shot here locally in Eugene – at the Gilham Park, in front of the North Delta Center, Downtown Eugene and the Carmichael residence. It was a successful day. We’ll have a rough cut of the film complete in the next month, then will begin working on sound design and music. We’ll keep you posted on the progress…

Fall Release Date

Things are moving slower than expected in terms of production, so we’re having to push back the release date to sometime this Fall. I would guess sometime in October.

Time to Shine – Beach Runner Song

Production and Post Production have been slow as of late. We still have 3 or 4 scenes to shoot before we head into post production.

We have, however, had time to record a song. Bryan Trowbridge, who plays Stevie in the movie, has written and recorded a song that will play at the end of the movie. You can listen to it here, or download it for iTunes here.
